How we make our oils
Our environment-friendly production processes
Our production processes use no chemicals or additives. The oils are produced in the most hygienic environment possible and rigorously tested to ensure a high-quality, safe product.

Process
Cold Press
Cold pressing refers to oils obtained through pressing fruit or seeds with a modern steel press. Cold-pressed oils retain their flavour, aroma, and nutritional value — suited to cooking and specialty applications.
Cold-pressed oils contribute to a healthier product profile:
- Cholesterol-free, not deodorized or processed beyond pressing
- No harmful solvent residues
- No added chemicals or preservatives
- Natural antioxidants such as tocopherols (e.g. Vitamin E) and phosphatides (e.g. lecithin)
Process
Steam Distillation
Steam distillation separates temperature-dependent substances while controlling steam and temperature applied to plant material. It is designed to minimise degradation of delicate botanical oils.
Benefits of steam distillation:
- Organic solvent-free products
- Efficient fuel use for steam generation
- Strong yield performance
- Minimal loss of oxygenated components versus water distillation

Process
Physical Refining
We use modern physical refining whereby free fatty acids and volatile oxidative by-products are distilled out rather than chemically removed — keeping natural ingredients in the oil as much as possible.
Benefits of physical refining:
- Clear colour, good keeping quality, and frying stability
- Free from known contaminants extracted from raw agricultural products
- Reduces loss of neutral oil and enables recovery of high-quality free fatty acids
